The Horae are goddesses in Greek mythology. They lived on Mount Olympus and were responsible for a controlled change of seasons (spring, summer and winter) on the mountain. While doing so, they created the perfect conditions for fast and effective growth of the vegetation on the mountain. As such, the Horae are the oldest known directors of change.
